And despite the information out there, we do believe you can improve newborn sleep and get decent stretches from as early as 6 weeks with our 3 key strategies.

We offer 2 different sleep plans for newborns aged up to 8 weeks, ranging from an online sleep plan to a fully to 1 hour video consultation with Chris, our newborn sleep expert.

The Newborn Online Sleep Plan can be accessed via our site and contains all of the following:

  • Safe Sleeping Guidelines in line with The Lullaby Trust.
  • Key strategies to implement gentle day and night routines.
  • What is a sleep ‘regression’ and how to handle them.
  • Also covering sleep cues, hours of sleep, the sleep environment and much more.

This is our 1 hour video consultation to improve your baby’s newborn sleep. We will go through all of the key strategies to setup incredible sleep foundations and improve any existing challenges you have. This is also available to expecting parents.

It includes all of the following:

  • 1 hour video consultation with Chris
  • Key strategies to improve newborn sleep (yes you really can!)
  • Help with a feeding and sleeping daytime structure
  • Optimise the sleep environment and advise on safe sleep practices
  • Access to the online course for additional reading

Our wee one slept on me for all naps and night time after refusing his bassinet and after 6+ months we were both ready for a change but didn't know how to go about it. I chose TMDSC because I didn't want to do any CIO, liked their vibe and to be honest I needed my hand held! We did 1:1 and honestly it was the best money I've spent and has totally changed our lives. I can now put the wee one down in his cot and leave and he sleeps 10-11 hours a night with no wake ups. It was truly mad how fast he adapted and the best thing about their method is you're with your baby the whole time comforting them. Naps have been harder but that's where having Chris on hand on whatsapp really came into its own. I am highly strung and anxious and having someone to check in with and ask a billion questions really helped me. It still boggles my mind that right now, my wee one is asleep in his cot while I sit here by myself writing this review! Honestly could not recommend them more 🙂

I was extremely anxious about going back to work as our baby simply wouldn't nap and the night sleep was very broken. Working with Chris has been a game changer for our wee family. Our 7 month old has gone from multiple night wakings and only napping on walks, to sleeping on average 11 hours each night (in his own room) and napping in his crib upstairs. We don't know ourselves as a family now we are all getting a full night's sleep. To top it off our baby is in amazing form as he is no longer in a state of constant over tiredness. Working with Chris is one of the best investments we have made as parents.

I was absolutely exhausted, my son who was 17 months was waking 5/6 times a night, I had tried rocking, shushing, pacing the floors, the only way I could settle him was to feed him. He wasn’t getting the sleep he needed and myself and my partner were wrecked. Dani listened to our sleep goals and came up with a plan for us to teach our son how to fall asleep without feeding. We updated Dani with our progress each day and she was there to answer any questions that we had along the way. She’s absolutely set us on the right path, we’re continuing to use the skills she gave us and our son is now sleeping through the night, some mornings we even have to waken him!!! I didn’t think we’d ever make it to this point! If you’re struggling, I know that Dani will be able to help you and your little one!

We were at our wit's end trying to get our 8-month-old to sleep for more than a 2-hour stretch. We were physically and mentally exhausted and could not see the wood for the trees in terms of how we could improve the situation. Our son had become heavily reliant on movement to get him to sleep and it had become just a matter of time before we'd hear the screams if we managed to put him down in the cot whilst asleep. My wife and I had become shift workers in order to tend to the countless wakes, sleeping in separate rooms for a few low-quality hours of sleep each night. After a bleary-eyed festive period it was clear that we could no longer be afraid of asking for help. We reached out to Chris who arranged a 15-minute discovery call. It was so reassuring - he was engaged and empathetic, and he was confident that he could help us. Once we signed up to the programme, Chris sent us a detailed co-sleeping plan for the first of our programme's two phases. Chris was honest with us - he didn't hide the fact that there were going to be tears at the start (and boy, were there tears), but it nevertheless felt like there was a breakthrough as early as the first night. We were really helped by the step-by-step process Chris provided, which was incredibly thorough. When our son reached the milestones the progress generally continued. Whenever there was a bump in the road, Chris was always available via WhatsApp, providing valuable advice and letting us know where we might be able to be flexible with the programme. By the end of the first phase, our son was sleeping for 6-hour stretches, something we hadn't previously thought possible. We had another call with Chris prior to the start of the next phase, which was all about moving our son to his cot. We were delighted at how following the process yielded results. It wasn't long before we could just put him down in the cot and leave the room for him to drift off for a night's sleep. We got our evenings back! Again, there were some hiccups, but Chris' advice always saw us through. Now we find ourselves in a situation where bedtimes are straightforward and our son can sleep independently for hours on end - that's an unbelievable result, considering where we were previously. There are still the occasional wobbles, but we feel that Chris' programme has given us the tools to address any issues. Would thoroughly recommend!

We can't believe the transformation in our 18 month olds sleep! We had tried sleep training before but didn't last long. We needed a solution before the arrival of our newborn so we reached out to Chris 3 weeks before our due date - challenge accepted!! I needed someone like Chris to set clear guidance on what we needed to do and our daughter took to it extremely well. She happily goes into her cot and goes to sleep herself so I have my hands free to manage our new arrival.

After six incredibly difficult sleepless months with our three year old we finally decided we needed some help. We couldn’t be more glad that we turned to Dani. From the beginning she was incredibly empathetic and understanding. She created a tailored programme for our son and supported us throughout the whole process. She was always available with advice when we hit a bump. Within a few days we were starting to see a change and after three weeks we had gone from sleepless nights, tantrums and stress to our much happier little boy sleeping solidly through the night. Dani helped us to get our son into a routine of sleeping his cot. He used to sleep in my arms and then would transfer him into the cot. It took some time for us to get this done and Dani was there all the way to support us. Now I can actually have dinner with my wife again. Thanks for your support. Our son now sleeps on his own cot without much fuss.

We asked Dani to help us to sleep train our son. We were contact napping and bedsharing, we wanted him to sleep in his own space. We thought it would be an uphill struggle, but with Danis help and support the transition went better than we'd ever hoped for. Before Dani, I felt like we only had the two popular sleep training options to follow from the internet ( won't mention any names). Thank God we found Dani as she tailored our sleep plan to perfectly meet our families needs. Can't thank her enough.

We recently had the help of Chris as our 18 month old daughter was constantly waking throughout the evening and night, she would also only settle when fed to sleep, which meant we were often awake for 3+ hours in the night trying to get her to settle. With the help of Chris, she has now started to wake only once or even sleep through, which we never thought would happen. In addition to this, she now settles herself which makes the evenings stress free! I was initially very nervous about sleep training, but it was a very gentle approach and worked amazingly. If you’re thinking about going to the Mummy and Daddy sleep consultant, we would definitely recommend!

We contacted Chris when I was on my knees with sleep deprivation. My 10 month old baby had been waking 1-2 hourly since she was 4 months old and I was co-sleeping to survive. I was sure I didn't want to try any sort of cry it out type training. Chris was supportive throughout the process, which was really tough in parts, but by night 5 we were down from 10 wakes a night to 2 wakes. Now at the end of the 3 weeks she either sleeps through or wakes once for a feed. It has been life-changing for us both. We have our evenings back and I'm a much better Mum during the day because I'm not dying of sleep deprivation! If you're thinking about it....just do it. You won't regret it.
